Fact 'N' Act© is a method of initial consultation created and copywritten by our associate GEC Consultants Inc. and used effectively in introducing ourselves to new clients.
The Fact 'N' Act© is a unique, quick and effective low cost method for a client and consultant to exchange information concerning problems, concepts, procedures, methods and technical applications that may be of concern to the client.
This session takes at three to five hours. The "facts" are presented by the client to the consultant. Once the consultant and client reach an understanding of what issues need resolution, the consultant spends the rest of the time steering a directed course for ultimately solving the issues brought to the table at this session.
The Fact `N' Act© is a very intense, fast-moving interaction between the consultant and the client, usually resulting in the creation of a track for the client's project to "run on." A one-time fee for this service is payable by check or cash at the conclusion of the session. If the session is held outside of the Chicago, New York or Las Vegas areas, additional costs for expenses and travel may be added.
From the Fact 'N' Act©, Restaurant Guru Group determines a course of action for the client which the client may require and makes a proposal of how we will proceed with the project.
Because every project is unique and Restaurant Guru Group desires to tailor its pricing to fit the project's requirements, fees take two forms. The first method is an hourly fee determined by Restaurant Guru Group for the services provided. This takes into account the complexity of a problem, the location of the site to our home office and the amount of travel required. The second method is a flat fee determined by the nature, the short and long term goals to be achieved and the estimated length of the project.
It is the practice of Restaurant Guru Group to provide services after payment of a retainer. As this amount is amortized by the services provided, another one may become necessary for the work to continue. Notice is given the client approximately a week prior to expiration of the retainer. When it is expended, all service will cease until funds are reinstituted. At the conclusion of the project, if services fees exceed prepayments, the client will be billed for the additional work performed at normal rates. If the balance exceeds the work performed, Restaurant Guru Group will refund the unused portion to the client. |
